There is no better drummer, bassist, guitarist that those fine fellows from canada, eh. I have seen them 5 times since 1996 and not a bad show in the bunch. And what a way to pass the hours in Gaines Hall (R.I.P.) listening to their complete discography. Good times!
I am a bona fide geek. Chem E. I LOVE Rush. But what is it about Rush and geeks? I guess it's the complex songwriting and timing and stuff? And the references to Tolkien and D&D and Rand and etc?
Sorry, but Hellhammer wins.
ReplyDelete(I got to see him play with Dimmu Borgir! Amazing show.)

ReplyDeleteBill Berry, and don't argue, or he'll sick his unibrow on you.
ReplyDeleteIf you read the credits in the linear notes for "Moving Pictures", Neil Peart is credited with playing "Plywood" during YYZ.
ReplyDeleteDid jenks put you up to this? We were talking about Rush on the day you posted this.
