Sad. I did this once also with a pumpkin ale. Not as bad as the time an angry wife managed to dump over half a carboy out down the kitchen sink. That one was tasty!
With as much dignity as he could muster, Chemgeek gathered up the sad remains of his batch of rye ale. Later that night, alone in the backyard, he buried it next to the garage. Now I could never be sure, but I thought that I heard the sound of "Taps" being played, gently.
A blog about Homebrew and about Chemistry. Why? Because that's what I like. Homebrew and Chemistry. Sometimes the chemistry is about homebrew and sometimes it's not.
I am a homebrewer. I only do extract and partial mash brewing (right now). I prefer stouts and american pale ales. I am also a chemist. I teach college chemistry. I prefer organic chemistry and biochemistry.

A moments silence, if you will. :(
