OK, probably 85% of them are by me, but this simple little blog has just been viewed 10,000 times. Not bad for a blog that doesn't really say anything. Of course it is about beer.
Can you bring some beer with you to the ACS meeting? I'm in the early stages of acquiring the requisite starting materials for my kegerator. Perhaps you can help with final assembly and testing (ok, mostly the testing)?
A blog about Homebrew and about Chemistry. Why? Because that's what I like. Homebrew and Chemistry. Sometimes the chemistry is about homebrew and sometimes it's not.
I am a homebrewer. I only do extract and partial mash brewing (right now). I prefer stouts and american pale ales. I am also a chemist. I teach college chemistry. I prefer organic chemistry and biochemistry.

In other news, one of the guys at my REU site is from a small college in MN. Just thought I'd share that since I was typing anyway.
Congrats! I like your blog so keep up the good work :-)

Hamline University?
St. John's or St. Ben's?
Macalester?
I only ask because I have connections there. You don't have to answer.
Kutti: Thanks. I will try to keep it up.
