There was a story on BBC recently, of indian village being spampeded by drunk elephants herd at night, the elephants apparently plundered barrels of rice beer just before.
"They behaved like complete animals, those troublesome elphants." said the indian army spokesman. "Yess, dear Sirs, you will scarcerly believe how beastly those locally-brewed rumbuctions can be - they tastes even more vile than warm Budweiser'
A blog about Homebrew and about Chemistry. Why? Because that's what I like. Homebrew and Chemistry. Sometimes the chemistry is about homebrew and sometimes it's not.
I am a homebrewer. I only do extract and partial mash brewing (right now). I prefer stouts and american pale ales. I am also a chemist. I teach college chemistry. I prefer organic chemistry and biochemistry.

I read the same story. I wonder what the hangover was like.
