A research project worth doing

I wonder of NSF would provide a grant to study this.

Back in college, I visited my best friend (who is also now a homebrewer) over the winter break. We went out to his garage where his dad kept a fully operational battle station...er...fully stocked fridge. We went out there to enjoy a few, but it was cold (Indiana cold, not Minnesota cold, but I do think it was single digits). The beer was in liquid form when we pulled them from the fridge, but after popping the top and letting them sit for 30 seconds, they were almost completely frozen.

Moral of the story: drink cold beer inside on cold days. And, if you're going to do this study, do a few controls with uncapped bottles and open cans.

Canadians... :D

How you tell Canadian in a bar: He drinks with his both hands.

And what is the difference between russian weddings and funerals: Funerals have one drunk less.

There would at least be some cool (ugh) freezing point depression experiments to do with different types of beer...

The research project is serious business. The main thing is to collect only the tradable inventory and not the one that was published by students who do not use the services 🖌 and who do not know anything themselves.
