Here's a picture of me filling my kegs. I filled three kegs. Right to left: Cream Ale, Irish Stout, and Spiced Ale. About 1 day at 20 psi of CO2 pressure and the beer was fully carbonated.
ummm, yeah. You may need to get here soon... like ASAP. It's going fast. I'm not sure what's happening to it, but it just keeps falling into my mouth. But, the good news is that my pipeline is full. As soon as I empty a keg, I can fill it.
A blog about Homebrew and about Chemistry. Why? Because that's what I like. Homebrew and Chemistry. Sometimes the chemistry is about homebrew and sometimes it's not.
I am a homebrewer. I only do extract and partial mash brewing (right now). I prefer stouts and american pale ales. I am also a chemist. I teach college chemistry. I prefer organic chemistry and biochemistry.
